Studies as shown that drinking coffee help in losing weight. But Black coffee should be consumed without sugar and milk.

How it works:
Caffeine is thought to have a metabolism-boosting effect which results in more calories burnt. However, overconsumption of coffee to lose weight is unwise because it can have other adverse health effects.

Things to remember:
1) Drink black coffee without sugar and milk.
2) Do not drink more than two cups of black coffee a day.
